- The Elite wave is for people who want to do the best possible performance on the course. If you are not an experienced runner, choose another wave. An Elite runner should run a 10K road race in less than 40 minutes and be good on the obstacles and highly trained. You must run in the ELITE wave on SATURDAY to be eligible for prizes.
- The Competitive wave is for those who believe they can perform well but don't have the time to train as much as an elite runner. A competitive runner is faster and more skilled than the average runner and usually runs a 10km road race in 40-50 minutes.
Otherwise it will be the regular wave.
